Brown Kiely LLP

AN AUTHENTIC RELATIONSHIP YOU CAN TRUST

In 1998, our first office was a cramped space with purple carpeting that we sublet from another lawyer. The reception area also served as the copy room and as the office of our sole employee, who acted as the receptionist, secretary, paralegal, and file-clerk. That employee is still here. We built Brown Kiely LLP by adhering to a simple philosophy of hiring good, smart people who share our vision of becoming one of the preeminent boutique civil litigation firms in the region. A measure of our success is the fact that virtually all of our clients are referred to us by either fellow members of the bar or former clients.

We know that running a business can take plenty of work, where countless issues may arise suddenly, causing you to feel overwhelmed. When establishing your business, it is vital to have a form of protection so that you are safeguarded from legal disputes that could threaten what you have built. Having a team of business litigation lawyers means that you do not have to handle such situations by yourself, or allow them to ruin your profits and livelihood. When serious issues develop, you can take action by reaching out to a business lawyer for advice on what to do next. Just as with individuals, businesses may find that they are part of a legal dispute.

Lawsuits that are filed against a business may originate with your customers, competitors, employees, government agencies, or another third party (like suppliers or vendors). When problems cannot be resolved quickly internally, you may have to rely on a legal professional who is experienced in commercial litigation or business litigation to ultimately resolve matters. Our business litigation lawyers are seasoned in this area of law and can help if you are dealing with a civil claim or dispute related to your assets and company operations.

There are what seems like an unlimited number of ways that a litigation case may arise in the real world, such as LLC issues and disputes, class action claims, antitrust cases, shareholder conflict, employment law cases, product liability, and more. These are only a few examples in the vast number of possibilities that could affect your business. Let us protect you from the start. We are ready to come to your aid if an issue unfolds.

Accidents happen every day. What differentiates an unlucky incident from a personal injury case, is when a person or entity is at-fault for the injuries and financial loss that victims sustained. We have seen that many people do not know that their situation warrants legal action in the first place. So this is why we strive to make the general public more aware of their rights and options, so that people who are reckless can be held accountable.

Examples of personal injury accidents that may mean pursuing restitution is a reasonable reaction include car accidents, medical malpractice, a slip and fall, product liability, premises liability, wrongful death, workplace accidents, animal bite or attack, boating accident, bus accident, motorcycle accident, bike accident, pedestrian accident, rideshare accident, and so much more. Ultimately, if you are injured because of someone else’s fault, that may constitute filing a personal injury case.

We hope that if you are in need of business support or advice after a personal injury accident, that you rely on our team. As a law firm with humble beginnings, we understand the work that goes into building a successful business. And we firmly believe that victims of personal injury accidents deserve financial compensation for how their life was affected and how they have suffered. If you need assistance for either of these legal issues, you can depend on us. All you have to do is call.
